The Class of 70
In order to save trees and cost, we are not planning to print an updated class directory this year but will make information available in electronic form to classmates who request it. We’re relying on your profile entries on this page to keep you connected with your classmates and let us all know what you’ve been doing for the last few decades.
Keep your profile up to date by returning to this page often to add more information.
Email and physical addresses and phone numbers will not be displayed on the internet. Please enter your full name, address and email.  Your reunion committee will then be able to contact you.  Your initial postings will appear on the website within 24 to 48 hours.

THANKS!

Thanks again to the reunion committee for making this possible.

"She packed up her potential and  all she had learned, grabbed a cute pair of shoes and headed out to change a few things." Leigh Standly

This last year has been one of amazing transformation and liberation.
Abruptly retired last June after nearly 40 years of teaching and have spent the last months recovering from central nervous system  lymphoma and its
subsequent treatment. Thanks to wonderful staff at UW Medical Center and Memoriall and North Star and   loyal and faithful family and friends I have been recalled to life, a la Edmund Dantes. Lessons learned --- we are not alone and nothing is worth more than this day.
My marriage  is evolving...bromance works better on the big screen than in real life but Grace and Frankie saved my sanity.  Lesson learned--it is never too late to find out who we are.
Help. Thanks.  Wow.  Annie Lamott!s book of that title covered the basics of life for me. That and cute shoes.

Journey well and safe home.

Kath

Paul and I will be married 39years August 13th. Still in E-Burg, and have lived in the same house for 38 years!  We have 3 children and for now 5 grandchildren.  We sold Alderman Chevrolet in Ellensburg  about 10 years ago and now spend our time playing with grandchildren and traveling.  My husband Paul is a car collector and car builder so we spend most of our travel time at car shows and auto cross events.  Life is good!  We are very blessed.

I missed our 30th, was getting remarried. But I will be flying back to our 40th.  I have two grown kids, a son and daughter. Son Patrick lives in Yakima and works at Erwin Research. My daughter Kimberly and her husband Ryan live in Zillah. She is a 3rd grade teacher and my son in law is a policeman for Sunnyside. I live in Arkansas (3 yrs now) with my husband Ken. The south is sure different, still can't eat catfish.  But I like the sweet tea. LOL. Sure will be nice to see everyone.

Wow!  I've had more than 15 children - all have had 4 legs.  Moo, baah, cluck, etc. , a lot of work.  So much love for animals.  Too old to wrestle with the stubborn ones any more. I love living in the country!  My passion for the last 7 + years has been working with seniors.  Their wisdom is genuine.  Their forgetfulness is just something to reach for....many hugs and simple pleasures of kindness are in order.

Any one want a goat?
